Exide Technologies Sales Representative in Oslo, Norway


Sales Representative's (SR) goal is through customer contact and visit, to sell Exide's industrial products as profitable as possible with regard to quality, volume, margins and costs.

SR's control the area / district against set goals.


SR is responsible for the sales performance in its area / region according to the budget and target of Sales Manager (SM). The SR, in cooperation with SM, will develop market plans, budgets and forecasts.

SR is responsible for achieving these goals in their area / region and contributing to the company's sales goals. Quality and HSE are met.


Sales Representative (SR) is directly subject to Sales Manager (SM) according to the current organization chart. SR is responsible for ensuring that good relationships are established and maintained with customers.

Key Tasks to Achieve this Goal:

  • Build a personal trust with their customers.

  • Discuss customer business development and propose appropriate measures.

  • Present news and suggest solutions.

  • Make sure that complaints are processed according to our instructions.

  • Weekly planning and contact / visit are registered and followed up via CRM

  • Set of time required for own development and course.

  • Market surveillance through reporting market changes, competitors' activities / activities, quality changes, etc.

  • In cooperation with SM, participate in market activities.

  • Control area / region must set goals.
