Exide Technologies Sales Analyst in Milton, Georgia

Overview

Exide is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Analyst to join the Sales Operations and Analysis team with primary responsibility for sales analytics & reporting.

The position will work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Finance, IT & HR delivering detailed sales analysis for commercial reviews, forecasting, highly accurate compensation dashboards and other ad-hoc reporting. The ideal candidate should be an expert Excel user, detailed oriented, highly analytical and have a good understanding of the Exide business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reporting and analytics to support the sales leadership commercial reviews including sales pipeline, bookings data, key performance metrics, dashboards

  • Create and maintain regular sales performance reporting and detailed data analysis to drive business results

  • Create and maintain reports using report builder in Salesforce.com, Excel, DataWarehouse

  • Work on various financial & data driven projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge :

  • Expert knowledge, skills and ability with Excel, Sales Cubes & Salesforce.com

  • Experience with Hyperion a plus

  • Experience related to sales incentive compensation reporting

  • Strong analytical skills with track record of providing effective sales analysis

  • Is passionate about data management and the importance of data integrity.

  • A high degree of flexibility, extremely organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, IT & HR

  • Experience with Powerpoint, Word and other MS Products
