Exide Technologies Customer Service Administrator- Address Book in Milton, Georgia
An Address Book Administrator is involved in all facets of customer set-up and support functions. Under the supervision of the Sales Operations Manager, the Address Book Administrator plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate set-up, and changes for new and current customer master records. Primary responsibilities include deciphering customer requirements, execution of customer set-up and or change, participation and input into resolving customer master set-up issues, and coordinating with other support functions to ensure customer requirements are complete. The ability to work and participate in a team environment is critical to succeeding in this position.
Perform customer address book set up and maintenance, including post set up audits
Ability to perform trouble shooting of customer set up issues
Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
Documents processes and functional requirements associated with special customer requirements. Performs ongoing auditing to validate process successes.
Communicate with management, inter-departmentally, company sales, and customer personnel ensuring proper handling of issues and concerns
Analyze and reconcile reports pertinent to customer specific requirements
Provide overall departmental support by serving as a troubleshooter for systems issues and reporting.
Perform extensive research in order to resolve problems
Create address book customer account templates
Familiar with tax certificates
Attention to Detail - Approaches work in a meticulous, thorough, and detailed manner
Reporting Skills - Skillfully prepares analytical and written reports for management.
Data Entry Management - Implements and oversees efficient data entry procedures
Time Management - Prioritizes work to meet goals or deadlines.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of accounts in order to ensure the integrity of account set-up.
Preferred: BS Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Marketing
Required: Relevant job experience, of one to two years
Experience with JD Edwards is a plus especially in the area of World Writer and Query
Possesses a high level of data entry skills
Previous experience working in a sales or customer support role is a plus
